DREAM HOME FROM BRADSTONE

Bradstone is one of 400 exhibitors offering the very best advice on all domestic building projects at this year’s National Homebuilding & Renovating Show.

The show aims to showcase the latest innovations in the self-build and renovation market and give hands on advice for those wishing to convert, extend or even build their homes from scratch!

As part of Aggregate Industries, Bradstone is one of the leading names in reconstructed stone and provides roofing and walling and cast stone products to self-builders, architects, designers and house builders.

This year’s show is being used as the first national platform to launch Bradstone’s new addition to the Old Quarried roofing range - Lichen Green. Old Quarried is a natural stone effect slate in a range of sizes, with the natural colour and characteristics of square stone roofing seen in northern areas of Britain. Lichen Green has been developed following strong demand in areas of outstanding natural beauty, particularly the dales of Yorkshire.

In association with Eurobrick, Bradstone is also displaying its new stone cladding slips. With an increased focus on modern construction methods, housebuilders are looking towards more economical, cost effective and environmentally friendly ways of building houses with materials which help to minimise on-site wastage and health and safety issues.

Bradstone’s new slips have been designed to suit modern construction methods such as cladding panel systems whilst maintaining an authentic appearance of natural stone. Suitable for both internal and external applications, Bradstone’s unique stone slips are quick and easy to lay and provide the traditional look and characteristics of natural stone whilst eliminating the manual handling and associated issues of traditional stone and brick materials.

Bradstone’s extensive choice of walling, roofing and cast stone products are showcased on the stand, in addition to its new sustainable urban drainage system (suds). Bradstone’s experienced team will be on hand to help with all elements of the self-build project.

“As the self build market is a well established and continuously growing sector, this show provides the ideal platform with which to launch a new product. The demand from consumers for innovative and new products is high, and we are pleased to be showcasing quality products which meet the needs of this particular market.”

We hope to further raise the profile of Bradstone by marketing our products to a whole new audience. It is important that we showcase our services at a show that has national prominence, and which is well known for the variety of services it offers” Comments Mark Barter, Commercial Manager of Structural Products.
