REBASTONE PROVES A HIT WITH BIG NAMES
Rebastone reconstructed stone masonry, which was added to the Bradstone structural portfolio in 2003, is performing well and as a result additional production has started at their Somerset factory.
Bradstone, an Aggregate Industries plc business, is one of the leading names in reconstructed stone and provides walling, roofing and cast stone products.
Rebastone walling performs as a structural and or decorative product and comes in a split or rustic finish and is supplied nationwide for domestic and commercial building projects both large and small.
Rebastone was a separate company before it was successfully integrated into the Bradstone business, with its sales office now based at North End Works. Ian Smith Commercial Manager for Rebastone (who has worked with the product since 1977) commented on the developments.
“Being part of the Bradstone walling range has meant that customers now benefit from additional technical expertise, particularly in new product development, plus the support of such a large concern in relation to supply or aggregate. The Rebastone product name continues and enjoys even better support and investment now. We are already planning increase availability for spring and summer and expect 2005 is going to be very successful.”
“As a result of its integration into Bradstone, Rebastone has benefited from broader geographic support. There have recently been some large orders for Rebastone from leading house builders as Persimmon, Wimpy, Westbury and Crest. Rebastone is also doing particularly well in Northern Ireland with increased volume of product is being shipped to three regional house builders.
